Chief of Police William (Bill) Caskey
Chief Bill Caskey was hired as the Chief of Police for the Village of Granville in December of 2014. From 2012 to 2014 he was a Law Enforcement Consultant for the United States Army, and from 1987 to 2012 he was with the Columbus, Ohio Division of Police, retiring as a Lieutenant.
Chief Caskey holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice degree from the University of Cincinnati, and an MBA from Regis University. In addition, he is a graduate of the United States Navy Inspector General School; the Police Executive Leadership College; and Northwestern University's School of Police Staff & Command.
Chief Caskey is a member of the IACP and the OACP, and serves in an advisory capacity for several law enforcement related groups. Chief Caskey is a 2019 graduate of the Certified Law Enforcement Executive Program.

The Granville Police Department has five supervisors. Lieutenant Shawn Wilson, Lieutenant Scott King, Lieutenant Nathan Marietta, Sergeant Brian Costa and Sergeant Charles Marcum

The Granville Police Department currently has 22 Sworn Officer Positions and 2 K-9s. Officers work Patrol, and have secondary duties including community relations, conducting investigations, training, and managing equipment and evidence.

Dustin West works as a Part Time Dispatcher. He is an active member in the Air Force Reserves.
